Terms of Service

This document describes general rules that apply to the Screen Recorder Studio software and the screen.center website. The term "Software" used below refers collectively to the Screen Recorder Studio computer program and the software run by the screen.center website (further referred to as "Site").

General

The Software and any authorized copies that you make are the intellectual property of and are owned by screen.center. The structure, organization and code of the Software are the valuable trade secrets and confidential information of screen.center. Except as expressly stated herein, this agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by screen.center.

You may not transfer, rent, lease, sell, sublicense your rights in the Software.

Screen.center is not responsible for any materials uploaded by users of the Software and directs full legal responsibility to the respective users.

Installing and using Software signifies that you understand and accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You can uninstall any installed copies of the Software from Windows Start Menu: select the "Control Panel" entry and click on "Uninstall a program" under the "Programs" section. In the new window, select the program from the list and click on the "Uninstall" entry. Follow instructions of the wizard to uninstall the Software from your computer.

File Uploads

The Software allows to take screenshots and upload them to the Site for the purpose of sharing. You can use the Software and the Site for this intended purpose only. You are NOT allowed to use third-party or your own tools to upload any files (including, but not limited to images) to the Site.

Furthermore, the following types of images are FORBIDDEN to upload to the Site, even with the help of the Software:

• Pornography.
• Profanity.
• Violence.
• Abuse.
• Copyrighted material, unless you have rights to distribute it.
• Any images that are not allowed for distribution under US and international laws.

We reserve the right to remove any material that violates these Terms of Service without a prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Software and the Site are provided on the "as is" basis. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING, FAILING TO USE OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE AND THE SITE.

We make no guarantee of availability of the service and reserve the right to change, withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality provided by the Software and the Site.

Idemnity

You agree to idemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of your files, or use of any other feature or service. This expressly includes:

1. Your responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.
2. Any defamatory or unlawful material contained in your files.

Changes

We may change these Terms of Service from time to time. The most up-to-date document can always be found on our site. We will also inform our registered users of any significant changes, using available means of communication.
